Bite Splints

A bite splint made to wear at night will not allow the teeth to bite together so grinding is eliminated and usually after 1-2 weeks headaches stop. If this is successful then a person can continue to wear a bite splint or elect to go having the teeth aligned by braces to get a good bite.
