Suzannah graduated from the University of Otago in 2000, gaining a Bachelor of Dentistry with Credit. After graduation she headed overseas, completing the UK Vocational Training Scheme and working in London for 6 years. The lifestyle called her back to NZ and she joined the "dynamic, positive and professional team" at North Shore Dental in 2007.
Suzannah is a member of the NZDA, ADA and NZACD and is committed to her continuing professional development. She is interested in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry, including the provision of complex fillings, veneers, and crowns and bridges and is a Rhondium One-Visit-Crown provider. Suzannah is very patient and gentle and puts nervous patients at ease. She has a special interest in Paediatric Dentistry and although treating children can be challenging, it is also very rewarding. Suzannah is able to explain treatment to children in a way they can understand.
Dentistry is a happy mix of art, science and communication for Suzannah. She believes it is important to listen and involve you in any discussion, taking time to explain all the options available so that you can make informed choices regarding your dental care.
Outside of work, Suzannah is kept busy with her husband, Craig, their two young sons and the family dog. Her interests are arts and crafts, theatre, film, music, pilates, food, education, and spending time with family and friends.
